a) What format are the images in?
All BlackBox Album images are in JPEG or JPG format.

c) Do you post new images on a regular basis?
Yes. Click on "Newest Photos" to see the latest images that we have posted.
d) Are refunds allowed?
Once a purchase is made, there will be no refund. The reason for this policy is because once an image is downloaded, it cannot be returned to us.
e) What payment options are there?
We accept Paypal, VISA or MASTER Card payment.
f) My credit card was declined. What should I do?
We are very sorry, but we do not process payments ourselves. You may try using a different payment processing service (e.g. switch from Worldpay to Paypal).
g) Does your royalty-free mean "one-time only fee" for unlimited usage of the purchased image(s)?
Yes. You may use the purchased image(s) multiple times without having to pay a royalty fee each time the image(s) is or are used, according to the End User License Agreement.
h) What is the resolution of the images?
The resolution of a image depends on its size at a certain DPI. If you are going to use the photo for print, you need to know the printing size at 300dpi. You can use Photoshop to change the resolution at image size in order to get the proper printing size.
i) Are there any restrictions on my use of the BlackBox Album images that I download?
Yes. While BlackBox Album allows a wide ranges of uses for the images, we do not allow the redistribution of our images, or the use of them within products that are mass distributed in any type of archive format. For more details, please read Licensing.
j) Is account sharing allowed?
No, sharing an account is no different than distributing our materials to others. Every individual must sign up for his or her own account.
